當你卡喺樓梯呢一關——落梯唔敢、覺得手術腳頂唔上、或者唔知自己夠唔夠角度轉交替——就係搵專業評估嘅時機。上門評估時,我哋會用你屋企真實嗰道樓梯教步序,而唔係診所嘅標準梯,因為唐樓、公屋每道梯嘅級高、深度、扶手位置都唔同,喺真實環境練先安全過渡到自己上落;亦會先量你嘅膝屈曲角度同大腿力,決定你今日應該用一步一級定可以開始試交替、需唔需要拐杖或手杖,避免「日數到咗就硬轉」而跌倒。呢種由 step-to 過渡到交替上落應由角度、肌力同信心決定、而唔係淨睇術後第幾週嘅判斷,屬臨床共識,會逐次覆檢。Nova Health 的註冊物理治療師會按你當時嘅膝況同屋企實際梯況,調校節奏同輔助,官方指引畀嘅係步序原則(好腳上、壞腳落、用扶手),落地執行嘅細節就靠逐次評估收窄。
